What to include
Describe the problem and the page or feature involved. For an account-related request, use the email associated with your Whop account when possible. For privacy requests, use a subject such as “Privacy request” or “Account deletion request.”
Do not send passwords, bank logins, card numbers, identity documents, or a full financial export. If we need more information to verify your request, we will explain what is necessary.
Billing and privacy requests
Whop handles Plus checkout and billing. You can manage an existing purchase through the link in Settings → Plan or your Whop account. Contacting support or deleting planning data does not itself cancel a subscription.
