Terms of Service

Razka provides financial planning tools and educational information. It is not personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. No adviser-client relationship is created by using the service.

Budgets, affordability verdicts, Car Scores, and projections are estimates based on the information you enter and the assumptions described in the tools. They are not loan approvals, credit scores, promises of savings, or guarantees that a purchase is suitable. Verify important figures and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

Landing-page examples are sample data, not actual user results or promised outcomes. Bank syncing and automatic vehicle valuation are marked as coming soon and are not currently available. Do not purchase Plus in reliance on a future feature.

You must be 18 or older to use Razka.

You sign in with a Whop account. Keep that account secure and use accurate information you are entitled to enter. You are responsible for reviewing your entries, calculations, and financial decisions, and for retaining exports or other records you need.

Do not access another person’s data without permission, interfere with the service, exploit security weaknesses, or use Razka unlawfully. Do not place passwords, payment-card numbers, or identity documents in notes or support messages. Report suspected unauthorized access through Contact.

Free includes the basic budgeting and affordability tools, including the basic Car calculator. Plus unlocks the additional features described on the pricing and upgrade screens.

The current displayed Plus plans are $6.99 per month or $49 per year. Whop’s checkout confirms the amount, currency, applicable taxes, billing interval, and other purchase conditions before you pay. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew according to the terms you accept at checkout unless canceled.

Eligible monthly subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial; a payment method is required. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the monthly charge begins when the trial ends. A trial is not promised to users who previously held Plus. Yearly subscriptions do not include the monthly trial. Existing one-time Early Access purchases are recognized separately and do not renew as subscriptions.

Checkout, payment collection, trials, and subscription administration are handled by Whop. Razka reads your Whop membership status to determine access; it does not operate a separate card-payment or Stripe billing integration.

Use the “Manage subscription” or trial-management link in Settings → Plan when available, or manage the purchase through your Whop account. Check Whop’s cancellation confirmation and effective date. Canceling a trial before its end avoids its first charge; ending automatic renewal is separate from asking for a refund.

Plus access follows the membership status reported by Whop. An expired, canceled, or past-due membership may revert to Free. Signing out, clearing your financial data, or requesting account deletion does not itself cancel a subscription.

Contact us at spenzoadmin@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase to request a refund. This is a request window, not a promise of an automatic refund. You may also use the support options for your Whop purchase. Razka has no in-app refund-processing control. Refund eligibility and processing are subject to the conditions disclosed for your purchase and applicable consumer law; these terms do not promise an automatic refund or waive any mandatory refund rights.

Our Privacy Policy explains data collection, providers, cookies, and your rights. Settings offers a planning-data export and reset. A complete self-service account-deletion control is not available; contact spenzoadmin@gmail.com to request account closure or deletion.

You may stop using Razka at any time. Where lawful, access may be restricted or terminated for misuse, serious violations of these terms, security reasons, or a legal requirement. Whop also controls access to its own authentication and payment services. Account closure does not automatically erase legally required records or cancel Whop billing; manage the subscription separately.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free calculations. Review estimates before acting and keep copies of information you need. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Razka is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of a particular financial result, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on estimates or service interruptions.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer, privacy, or other statutory rights. Any limitation applies only to the extent it is enforceable in your circumstances, including under applicable Quebec law.

Subject to mandatory laws that apply where you live, these terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. This choice does not remove protections or rights that cannot be waived under your local law.

We may update these terms as the service changes and will revise the date above. Changes to a paid purchase remain subject to applicable notice requirements and the conditions accepted through Whop. Questions can be sent to spenzoadmin@gmail.com.
